This TO BAY Windbreaker is inspired by Sakanouye no Tamuramaro an Asiatic, Moor. Sakanouye no Tamura Maro, celebrated in Japanese history as a paragon of military virtues. Commander during the Heian Period (794-1185 C.E.), when SAMURAI was first used. Applied especially to the soldiers who were on guard at the Imperial Palace in Kyoto (original name of Kyoto comes from Heian-Kyo “the Capital of Peace and Tranquility).
